Waterfalls in Barbian

Anyone standing under the first and, at a height of 85 metres, the highest of the Barbiano waterfalls in summer can hardly imagine that it can be climbed over ice in winter. The south-eastern location of the waterfalls and their position in an open area mean that they usually only freeze over for a short time each year - but then they offer an ice climbing experience that you won't quickly forget.
