Kesselkogel via ferrata

Summit Adventure Above 3,000m in the Heart of the Dolomites

Experience the Crossing of the Highest Peak in the Rosengarten

The Kesselkogel via ferrata is an impressive alpine adventure to the highest summit of the Rosengarten group (3,002m). The tour starts at the Grasleiten Pass Hut, reached after a roughly 2.5-hour approach.

The route follows the technically moderate West Via Ferrata (B), traversing exposed rock ledges, a chimney, and a short ladder to the summit ridge. At the summit, you’ll be rewarded with spectacular panoramic views of the Vajolettürme, Latemar, the Brenta Group, Ortler, and Marmolada.

The descent follows the slightly easier East Via Ferrata (A/B), safely secured, via scree slopes back to the Grasleiten Pass Hut.

With an experienced mountain guide from South Tyrol, you are in safe hands and can fully enjoy the thrilling via ferrata and breathtaking Dolomite panoramas – an unforgettable alpine experience awaits you.
