A Week in the Heart of the Ortler Alps
Step by Step to the Highest Peak of South Tyrol
This Ortler Week around Sulden is the perfect combination of acclimatization, technical training, and unforgettable summit experiences. Each day the challenge increases – from Tschengelser Hochwand (3,375 m) to Hoher Angelus (3,521 m), Zufallspitze (3,757 m) and Cevedale (3,769 m), leading up to the grand finale: the ascent of the Ortler (3,905 m), the highest mountain in South Tyrol.
The tour combines varied routes across rock, glacier and ridge with breathtaking panoramas of the Sulden “triple crown” – Ortler, Königspitze and Zebru. Guided by an experienced mountain guide, this week offers a safe and rewarding way to get to know the Ortler from all its sides – and to finally stand on its summit.
