Guided High-Altitude Tour to the Weißkugel

Climb the second-highest peak of the Ötztal Alps and enjoy a 360° panoramic view

At 3,738 meters, the Weißkugel is the second-highest peak in the Ötztal Alps and a prime destination for high-altitude tours in South Tyrol. Its central location offers breathtaking 360° panoramic views over the Eastern Alps.

The ascent starts from the well-equipped Schönaussicht Hut. The route leads over the Hintereis Glacier to the Hintereisjoch and continues along the south ridge to the summit. Technically, the Weißkugel high-altitude tour is moderate, but the long descent back to Schnals requires good fitness and endurance.

This tour combines impressive glacier crossings, exposed ridge sections, and spectacular alpine panoramas. Under the guidance of an experienced mountain guide, this high-altitude tour becomes an unforgettable alpine adventure.
