General terms and conditions
1. General
It is pointed out that it is assumed that each participant has carefully read and fulfils the requirements stated in the tour descriptions (physical condition, technical knowledge and equipment). The mountain guide is entitled to exclude participants who apparently do not meet these requirements from the tour or to cancel the entire tour for the same reasons.
It is the responsibility of the participants to carefully check the tours in advance and to make a self-critical selection. They are also obliged to inform alpinist.it in advance of any health restrictions.
2. Registration
Early registration is of great help in planning the desired tour. You can register by sending an e-mail to info@alpinist.it. The booking is confirmed as soon as the deposit has been received.
Deposit for day tours (also with overnight stay in huts):
200€
Deposit for Multi-Day or Weekly Tours
600€ per participant
The deposit will be deducted from the agreed final amount upon completion of the tour. To issue the invoice, we require your first name, last name, address (and tax identification number for Italian citizens). Payment details can be found in section 8.
3. Cancellation by the participant
In the event of cancellation or withdrawal by the participant, the following costs will be charged, depending on the time of cancellation:
Cancellation for day tours (also for day tours with 1 overnight stay in a hut):
For 30 days and more before the planned start of the tour, a lump sum of 200 € will be charged.
From the 29th - 15th day before the planned start of the tour, 70% of the agreed rate will be charged.
From the 14th day before the planned start of the tour, 100% of the agreed rate will be charged.
Cancellation Multi-Day or Weekly tours:
From 3 months before the planned start of the tour and up to one month before, a flat rate of € 600 and the expenses incurred will be charged.
From the 29th - 15th day before the planned start of the tour, 70% of the agreed rate will be charged.
From the 14th day before the planned start of the tour, 100% of the agreed rate will be charged.
The written receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive for the determination of the cancellation deadline.
4. Cancellation of the tour
If the day tour is cancelled up to 3 days before due to weather or conditions, the deposit can be used for other tours for another 15 months.
If the tour is cancelled due to weather or conditions and mountain guides and clients are already at the hut, the mountain guide's minimum rate of €400 shall apply. Cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions and the general safety situation is at the sole discretion of the mountain guide, who will make the assessment to the best of his knowledge and belief, and after careful consideration of all underlying available information.
For multi-day or weekly tours, the itinerary may be adjusted according to conditions and weather. Alternative tours may be carried out if necessary. Even if not all planned tours take place, the agreed price remains valid.
5. Cancellation by alpinist.it
Up to 20 days before the planned start of the tour, alpinist.it is entitled to cancel the tour. Likewise, alpinist.it may, for safety reasons or other unforeseeable justified circumstances, alter the programme or the itinerary or, for the same reasons, cancel the tour that has already begun.
If the required number of participants for group tours is not reached, alpinist.it reserves the right to cancel the tour. The minimum number of participants required will be stated in advance if possible.
In the above-mentioned cases and subject to the minimum tariff stated in point 4, the deposit paid will be refunded in full by alpinist.it or rebooking options will be offered by alpinist.it.
6. Insurance and liability
According to Article 13 of the South Tyrolean Mountain Guide Law, mountain guides are covered by liability insurance. Furthermore, each participant is insured for return transport by helicopter. Additional private accident insurance and travel cancellation insurance are recommended for tour participants.
7. Photos/promotional material
Participants agree that photos and videos taken during the tour may be published by alpinist.it on social networks and used for its direct promotional purposes. Photos and videos may only be passed on to uninvolved third parties after explicit consultation and agreement with all participants.
8. Payment

Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass davon ausgegangen wird, dass jeder Teilnehmer die in den Tourenbeschreibungen angeführten Voraussetzungen (Kondition, technische Kenntnisse und Ausrüstung) sorgfältig gelesen hat und erfüllt. Der Bergführer ist berechtigt, Teilnehmende, die diese Voraussetzungen augenscheinlich nicht erfüllen, von der Tour auszuschließen oder die gesamte Tour aus denselben Gründen abzubrechen.
Es obliegt den Teilnehmern, die Touren vorab sorgfältig zu prüfen und selbstkritisch auszuwählen. Diese sind ebenso verpflichtet, etwaige gesundheitliche Einschränkungen alpinist.it im Vorfeld mitzuteilen.
2. Anmeldung
Für die Planung der gewünschten Tour ist eine frühzeitige Anmeldung von großer Hilfe. Die Anmeldung erfolgt über E-Mail an info@alpinist.it. Die Buchung ist verbindlich, sobald die Anzahlung eingegangen ist.
Anzahlung für Tagestouren (auch mit Hüttenübernachtung):
200 €
Anzahlung für Mehrtages- oder Wochentouren:
600 € pro Teilnehmer
Die Anzahlung wird bei Durchführung der Tour mit dem vereinbarten Endbetrag gegengerechnet. Für die Ausstellung der Rechnung sind Vorname, Nachname, Adresse (und Steuernummer für italienische Staatsbürger) notwendig. Zahlungsdaten unter Punkt 8.
3. Rücktritt durch den Teilnehmer
Bei Absage oder Rücktritt durch den Teilnehmer entstehen, je nach Zeitpunkt der Absage, folgende Kosten:
Rücktritt bei Tagestouren (auch bei Tagestouren mit 1 Hüttenübernachtung):
Bei 3 Monaten und mehr vor dem geplanten Tourbeginn wird ein Pauschalbetrag von 200 € sowie die entstanden Spesen verrechnet.
Vom 29. – 15. Tag vor dem geplanten Tourbeginn werden 70% des vereinbarten Tarifs verrechnet.
Ab dem 14. Tag vor geplanten Tourbeginn werden 100% des vereinbarten Tarifs verrechnet.
Rücktritt bei Mehrtages- oder Wochentouren:
Ab 3 Monate vor geplantem Tourbeginn und bis zu einem Monat davor wird ein Pauschalbetrag von 600 € verrechnet.
Vom 29. – 15. Tag vor dem geplanten Tourbeginn werden 70% des vereinbarten Tarifs verrechnet.
Ab dem 14. Tag vor geplantem Tourbeginn werden 100% des vereinbarten Tarifs verrechnet.
Maßgeblich für die Bestimmung der Absagefrist ist der schriftliche Eingang der Rücktrittserklärung.
4. Abbruch der Tour
Wird die Tagestour bis zu 3 Tage vorher aufgrund des Wetters oder der Verhältnisse abgesagt, kann die Anzahlung für weitere 15 Monate für andere Touren verwendet werden.
Wird die Tagestour aufgrund der Witterung oder der Verhältnisse abgesagt und Bergführer und Teilnehmer befinden sich bereits auf einer Hütte, ist der Mindesttarif des Bergführers von 400 € zu bezahlen. Die Absage der Tour aufgrund der Wetterverhältnisse und der allgemeinen Sicherheitslage liegt im ausschließlichen Ermessen des Bergführers, der die Bewertung nach bestem Wissen und Gewissen, sowie nach sorgfältiger Prüfung aller zugrundeliegenden verfügbaren Informationen vornimmt.
Bei Mehrtages- oder Wochentouren werden die Touren den Verhältnissen und dem Wetter angepasst, bzw. Ausweichtouren durchgeführt. Auch wenn nicht alle vorgesehenen Touren durchgeführt werden, gilt der vereinbarte Preis.
5. Absage durch alpinist.it
Bis 20 Tage vor geplantem Tourbeginn ist alpinist.it berechtigt, die Tour abzusagen. Ebenso kann alpinist.it aus Sicherheitsgründen oder anderen unvorhersehbaren begründeten Umständen das Programm oder den Routenverlauf abändern oder aus denselben Gründen die bereits begonnene Tour abbrechen.
Wird die erforderliche Teilnehmerzahl bei Gruppentouren nicht erreicht, behält sich alpinist.it vor die Tour abzusagen. Die erforderliche Mindestteilnehmerzahl wird nach Möglichkeit im Vorfeld angegeben.
In den obgenannten Fällen und vorbehaltlich des in Punkt 4. angeführten Mindesttarifs, wird die getätigte Anzahlung von alpinist.it komplett rückerstattet, bzw. werden von alpinist.it Umbuchoptionen angeboten.
6. Versicherung und Haftung
Nach Artikel 13 des Südtiroler Bergführergesetzes sind Bergführer haftpflichtversichert. Weiters ist jeder Teilnehmer für Rückholtransporte per Helikopter versichert. Für die Teilnehmer einer Tour werden eine zusätzliche private Unfall- und eine Reiserücktrittsversicherung empfohlen.
7. Fotos/Werbematerial
Die Teilnehmer erklären sich damit einverstanden, dass Fotos und Videos, die im Laufe der Tour gemacht werden, von alpinist.it auf den sozialen Netzwerken veröffentlicht und für dessen direkten Werbezwecke genutzt werden können. Eine Weitergabe von Fotos und Videos an unbeteiligte Dritte darf nur nach ausdrücklicher Absprache und Übereinkunft mit allen Beteiligten erfolgen.
8. Bezahlung
Die Bezahlung bei Buchung eines Bergführers in Südtirol über Alpinist.it erfolgt per Banküberweisung an:
